Would you ever demolish a $48.7 million mansion? Tiger Woods is actually planning it. He has his mind set on demolish his $48.7 million Florida mansion later this month in order to build a home. Tiger will pull down the mansion not for building a bigger one (as the celebrity high life style got us used to), but for less than half the size of the current property. Woods and his wife Elin Nordegren are expecting their first child this summer so the new house will be for the new family.
